Whole grain vegan crepês with almond butter
Easy and delicious vegan pancakes with almond butter, banana and figs. Nutritious, filling and satisfying your inner sweet tooth. Perfect for weekend brunch or just any other day.

Ingredients
  • 1cup whole grain flour
  • 1cup soy milk
  • 1/2cup Water(or more if needed)
  • 1tbsp oil(I used avocado oil)
  • 1tsp agave
  • Dash of salt
  • 4-6tsp Almond butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 figs
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix whole grain flour with salt, add soy milk, agave and oil, then pour water until consistency is pretty thin for pancakes.
  2. ❗️The important part is to leave you batter in the fridge for at least 2h before baking.
  3. Bake in a lightly greased pan.
  4. Spread the almond butter and banana inside the crepe. Serve it with figs on the side.

Sometimes I add raspberries jam to sweeten it.:)
