Spaghetti with zuchinni-marinara sauce and vegan “bacon”

Ingredients
  • 150g whole grain spaghetti
  • 1small zuchinni
  • 1/2cup tomato paste
  • 2tbsp chilli mexican sauce
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1small red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Spaghetti spices
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • salt
  • 150g tempeh(better to buy already marinated in tamari)
  • 1tbsp agave
Instructions
  1. Boil your spaghetti (enough for 2 people).
  2. In the meantime prepare your sauce: Grill your zucchini in special grilling pan.
  3. Chop red onion and cook it in a separate pan with water (if you prefer oil, then feel free to change it), add garlic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
  4. When water is gone, add your zuchinni and pour tomato paste, mexican salsa, tomatoes and all seasonings.
  5. While everything’s boiling, prepare your bacon. Cut tempeh in small pieces (about 1cm) and cook it in the pan with small amount of oil.
  6. When tempeh gets brown add agave syrup and stir everything for a couple of minutes while everythings are equaly coated. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  7. Add spaghetti into a pan with sauce and mix everything. Pour into plates and top it with tempeh.
