Vegan Spaghetti With Zuchinni Marinara
Perfect when you want to prepare a tasty dinner for your family and not to waste a lot of time in the kitchen! And also… when you want to get rid of that pile of fresh zucchini.;)

Ingredients
- 150 g whole grain spaghetti
- 1 small zuchinni
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chilli mexican sauce
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 small red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Spaghetti spices
- Sweet paprika powder
- salt
- 150 g tempeh (better to buy already marinated in tamari)
- 1 tbsp agave

Instructions
- Boil your spaghetti (enough for 2 people).
- In the meantime prepare your sauce: Grill your zucchini in special grilling pan.
- Chop red onion and cook it in a separate pan with water (if you prefer oil, then feel free to change it), add garlic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
- When water is gone, add your zuchinni and pour tomato paste, mexican salsa, tomatoes and all seasonings.
- While everything’s boiling, prepare your bacon. Cut tempeh in small pieces (about 1cm) and cook it in the pan with small amount of oil.
- When tempeh gets brown add agave syrup and stir everything for a couple of minutes while everythings are equaly coated. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Add spaghetti into a pan with sauce and mix everything. Pour into plates and top it with tempeh.
