Vegan Cheesy-Garlic Crushed Potatoes
I love potatoes in all it’s form – baked, cooked, fried, mashed etc. But THIS way of eating it is my favorite! It’s not the healthiest way of consuming it (because of all the fats), but I am keeping it for holidays and wanted to share it with you.

Ingredients
- 10 small potatoes (with skin)
- 1/3 cup vegan mayonaise
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Favourite spices (red paprika, basil, bbq powder, salt, pepper)

Instructions
- Boil potatoes until you can easily poke with a fork.
- In the meantime prepare sauce. Mix spices with mayonaise, add minced garlic and nutritional yeast. Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- When potatoes are boiled place them on baking tray lined with baking paper. Let them cool a bit.
- Then, using potatoe masher, lightly crush each of them.
- Using mayo sauce grease each potato with about 1 tsp of mayo, and massage into potato.
- Bake them for around 15-20 minutes, or until nicely brown and crispy.
