Ingredients
Peach oatmeal crumble

yellow peaches
(or 3-4 small)

almond meal
(simply blend 1 cup of almonds on high speed)

maple syrup
(or date syrup for healthier option)

Instructions
Peach oatmeal crumble
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Slice peaches and spread evenly on the bottom of oven bowl (I am using clear lasagne bowl).
Combine together: almond meal, rolled oats, chopped pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt, mix well.
Spread on top of the peaches and bake in the oven for 15-20 min.
Nice-cream
In the meantime you can prepare your nice-cream.
Simply blend together frozen bananas and strawberries with a splash of vanilla.
Serve crumble instantly, while it’s really warm, with a scoop of nice-cream and top with chopped pecans.
