Ingredients
Peach oatmeal crumble
  • 1 1/2big yellow peaches(or 3-4 small)
  • 3/4cup almond meal(simply blend 1 cup of almonds on high speed)
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1/4cup pecans
  • 3tbsp maple syrup(or date syrup for healthier option)
  • cinnamon
  • undefined salt
  • 2frozen frozen bananas
  • 5small frozen strawberries
  • Vanilla
Instructions
Peach oatmeal crumble
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Slice peaches and spread evenly on the bottom of oven bowl (I am using clear lasagne bowl).
  3. Combine together: almond meal, rolled oats, chopped pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt, mix well.
  4. Spread on top of the peaches and bake in the oven for 15-20 min.
Nice-cream
  1. In the meantime you can prepare your nice-cream.
  2. Simply blend together frozen bananas and strawberries with a splash of vanilla.
  3. Serve crumble instantly, while it’s really warm, with a scoop of nice-cream and top with chopped pecans.
