Ultimate Vegan Pumpkin Brownies
I am a true chocolate person and always trying to explore all the possible combinations with it. For this pumpkin brownie I used cacao (not cocoa – it’s important) with all it’s goodies, like high amount of antioxidants, iron, magnesium etc. So, you’re not just going to enjoy some sweets, but also pack your body with needed nutrition!

Ingredients
Brownie part
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 3 tbsp agave
- Splash of coconut milk
- salt
Pumpkin part
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup soaked cashews
- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinamon
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Vanila extract

Instructions
Brownie part
- Preheat the oven to 180 C
- Put all the brownie part ingredients into the food processor and blend it until smooth.
- Pour it into the baking container.
- Do the same with pumpkin part: blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour on the brownie part and swirl nicely.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
