Ingredients
1 1/2cupoats
1/4cupalmonds
1/4cuppecans
1/4cupcashews
1/4cuppumpkin seeds
1/4cuppuffed quinoa
1tspcinnamon
1/4cupagave
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C
Add all the ingredients to a big bowl and mix.
Spread the mixture on the baking tray 2 cm thick (it shouldn’t be too thick, otherwise it’s gonna burn quickly or your granola will end up being too hard.
Bake it around 7-10min (or until nicely brown), and mix it in between.
