Classic Cashew Cheese Spread
Simple, healthy and super delicious spreadable vegan cashew cheese, perfect for every meal where a cheese substitute is needed.

Ingredients
  • 3cups cashews(soaked for 6 hours)
  • 1 cup broth(more or less)
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp agave syrup
  • 1tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2tbsp tapioca flour
  • salt
  • peper
Instructions
  1. Soak your cashews for 6 hours (it’s important not to oversoak cashews, because it starts to change its taste)
  2. Pour cashews into food a processor and blend for 1min, then slowly add broth, while food processor is still on (adjust to desired thickness).
  3. Add the rest of ingredients – onion and garlic powder, agave and vinegar, tapioca flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Place in a clean, air tight container or jar. Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
