Ingredients

cups
cashews
(soaked for 6 hours)
1
cup
broth
(more or less)
1
tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
Garlic powder
1/2
tsp
agave syrup
1
tsp
apple cider vinegar
2
tbsp
tapioca flour
salt
peper
Instructions
Soak your cashews for 6 hours (it’s important not to oversoak cashews, because it starts to change its taste)
Pour cashews into food a processor and blend for 1min, then slowly add broth, while food processor is still on (adjust to desired thickness).
Add the rest of ingredients – onion and garlic powder, agave and vinegar, tapioca flour, salt and pepper.
Place in a clean, air tight container or jar. Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
