Classic Cashew Cheese Spread
It’s one of my favorite substitutes for cheese! I use it on pizza, in lasagna, sandwiches and elsewhere! It is so practical to have it in your fridge, so I always make couple of small jars.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cashews (soaked for 6 hours)
- 1 cup broth (more or less)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- salt
- peper

Instructions
- Soak your cashews for 6 hours (it's important not to oversoak cashews, because it starts to change its taste)
- Pour cashews into food a processor and blend for 1min, then slowly add broth, while food processor is still on (adjust to desired thickness).
- Add the rest of ingredients - onion and garlic powder, agave and vinegar, tapioca flour, salt and pepper.
- Place in a clean, air tight container or jar. Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
