Avocado-broccoli sesame sandwich

Ingredients
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1medium avocado
  • 1/2cup brocoli
  • Sesame
  • 1 1/2tbsp teryaki
  • salt
  • Garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • Lemon
Instructions
  1. Prepare avocado the way you like – it can be sliced, or you can make it like guacamole – with onion, garlic and cilantro – I like it mashed and plain.
  2. Then in the pan coated with water add finely chopped broccoli (about 1 cm), and cook until water is gone. Then add teryaki and spices, as well as sesame seeds.
  3. Make a sandwich: spread your avocado and top it with broccoli, sprinkle with more sesame and squeeze on some lemon juice.
