Yes, You read it right! Just TWO ingredients needed to make these super lightweight and crispy gnocchi. Everything else is just for your taste buds – salt, pepper, nutritional yeast and anything else that you enjoy.

I always serve it with creamy mushroom sauce. Just try it, you will thank me later! 😉

P.S. It really is a perfect fall/winter meal – so cozy, filling and hearty, but at the same time crispy and fluffy. Yummy!
